Description
As a part of equipment of the automobile engine assembly line, the machine dispenses sealant on predetermined path of oil-pan or buffle plate according to the command of servo program.
To prevent coagulation of sealant remained in the dispenser, warming up operation using ON/OFF valve is available. The process is also required for the elimination of air in the sealant of dispenser, which causes irregular paste of sealant.
